Adventure 8: Attend 20 spin classes - DONE!

20 Spin classes complete! I feel sad that I've finished this challenge as spin classes are a great interval workout, and Daniel Hibbs' classes can be very entertaining. I think I'll keep doing these for the rest of the challenge (and they can count as group classes for the "Sprint to the Finish".

Adventure 14: Climb a Grade 20 route at The Roxx- DONE!

I started this competition climbing grades 14-15-16. I had plenty of leg strength and a few skills, but with no upper body strength what so-ever, the minute a route became overhung and gravity kicked in, I was toast!
What a huge difference 14 weeks of upper body weight training has made.
Tonight I not only climbed a grade 20, I also climbed a 21 and 22!!!!
Just call me SpiderMan!
