First session for the competition this morning - who knew the world existed at this time of morning. Winter is definitely here: -0.4 degrees this morning.Measurements done, photos taken. Arms feeling heavy after running through my weights programme for the next four weeks - 7 pushups nearly killed me, I wonder how long it will take me to get to my goal of 20 pushups!
